Project Origination & Structuring

OVO’s role begins at project inception. Upon acceptance, the project is formally structured for execution:

  • Structured as a U.S. Treasury–backed, asset-backed securitized note, with the project itself serving as collateral
  • Documented, registered on the blockchain, and fully tokenized
  • A pre-arranged institutional exit is engaged in parallel with structuring.
  • Settlement executed via blockchain-enabled delivery-versus-payment (DvP), with proceeds distributed through a defined waterfall and trustee-managed sinking fund

This approach allows projects to move from concept to funded execution without reliance on traditional construction loans or sponsor recourse.

Funding & Execution Readiness

OVO structures projects so that capital deployment occurs at issuance, not after prolonged capital raises. Once the exit executes:

  • Project funding is released for development and construction
  • A portion of proceeds is allocated to the sinking fund, which services the note obligations on a non-recourse basis
  • Sponsors retain operational control and focus on delivery

OVO does not act as a project manager or developer. Where required, independent third-party firms (e.g., engineering, audit, or advisory firms such as KPMG and peers) are engaged to provide oversight consistent with institutional standards.

What We Require to Begin

To originate and structure a project, OVO requires:

  • Organizational chart and business plan
  • Key personnel bios / CVs
  • Executive summary (maximum 3 pages)
  • Budget and pro forma financial model (Excel)
  • Construction or project draw schedules (if available)
  • Appraisal and/or feasibility report (if available)

Each project is custom-structured to reflect its operational profile, regulatory environment, and capital requirements.
